Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 21, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on May 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a Cchip car at a about 1km section from the front of the Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, in a state of alcohol concentration of 0.154% to the front of the road in front of the building B.

In short, the Defendant did not immediately escape and stop the damaged vehicle and did not take necessary measures, even though the amount equivalent to KRW 862,918,00,000,000,000 won, which was parked on the right-hand side of the vehicle.
