Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Destruction and damage of property, theft;
A. On March 7, 2012, at around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the said car at the “Operation-2 Dong community service center” parking lot located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) destroyed the victim G’s HE car that was parked at the same place with a stone in its surroundings, thereby damaging the said car with a repair cost of at least KRW 80,000,000; and (c) destroyed the said car with a hE car owned by the victim G with a hE car of at least KRW 300,000,000.
B. The Defendant continued to do so.
The date, time, place, and place set forth in paragraph I, the victim I, who was parked at that place, shall be the chief glass of Junlled car owned by the victim.
In the same manner as the statement in the port, the above passenger car was destroyed to be damaged to be equivalent to KRW 80,000 of the repair cost, and it was stolen by having a victim I's I's market price in the above passenger car, which is equivalent to KRW 300,000 of the cost of repair.
