Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:05 on March 03, 2015, the Defendant driven BM5 car at a section of about 800 meters from the front of the Dong-gu road in front of the Dong-gu, Daegu NONEX, which is under the influence of alcohol by 0.159% in the blood alcohol concentration of 0.159%.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a temporary border as stated in the preceding paragraph, and the Defendant driving the said vehicle at a distance preceding the Dong market in the 1st degree of Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, led to the driving of the said vehicle at a non-lane speed of the two-lanes among the four-lane roads along the efficacy distance from the efficacy distance.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side, and to accurately operate the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate the vehicle as it was, and thereby, received the part between the right side of the victim C Driving DK5 private taxi, which was in the left turn at one-lane in the same direction as it was operated by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused damage to the right side of the damaged vehicle, such as exchange of 85,250 won by occupational negligence as above, but did not immediately stop and take necessary measures.
