A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. by the Daejeon District Court on August 10, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 18, 2017, and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. On November 9, 2018, the Defendant of the damage to property: (a) around 23:50 on the roads prior to the departure of the Daejeon-dong subway from Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong subway, and (b) at C-si operated by the injured party B to pay taxi expenses by credit card; (c) the injured party demanded another card when the injured party failed to settle the payment; and (d) caused the damage to the 1,081,870 won of the repair cost on several occasions.

At the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) brought an injury to the victim B (the 76-year old-old-old-age-old-age-old-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-being-be

3. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by the victim D (the age of 46) who passed around the scene set forth in paragraph 2, to witness the scene set forth in paragraph 2; and (b) to take the face of the victim one time by drinking the Defendant.

4. At the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1), the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by a police officer F belonging to the Daejeon East Police Station E zone, Daejeon Police Station E zone, who was dispatched to the site upon receiving a report of 112, to grasp the circumstances of the instant case, and by walking the above F’s backline once without any reason, interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime.

On November 9, 2018, the Defendant, around 19:25, 2018, on the ground that the Defendant interfered with the course of the taxi aboard by the victim I driver of J Mac-Scam Port, on the ground that the Defendant interfered with the course of the taxi boarding by the Defendant.
