Punishment of the crime

【A summary order of KRW 300,000,000,000 for fraud at the Suwon District Court on September 19, 2012; a summary order of KRW 300,000,000 for a fine of KRW 700,000 for fraud; a summary order of KRW 300,000 for a fine of KRW 1,00,000,000 for fraud at the Suwon District Court on November 30, 2012; a summary order of KRW 3,00,000 for a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for fraud; a summary order of KRW 3,00,000 for a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for a fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court on November 30, 2012; and a person who was issued a summary order of KRW 7,00,00 for a fine of fraud at the Government Branch on December 3, 2012;

Around March 13, 2012, at the Skyl (C) Skyl (hereinafter “C”), the phrase “C” bank in the south of Suwon-si, 201, stating that the fact does not have a sale camera and does not have any intent to sell the kyl, the Internet website sent a notice that “To sell heavy and digital camera for 40,000 won” by accessing the Dkyl page of N.V., an Internet website, and then, the victim would send 40,000 won to the Defendant to the Defendant by sending it to the Defendant’s account if the victim deposits 40,000 won to the Defendant to the account in order to purchase the Ekyl,” and then, in that context, the victim took over 40,000 won from the victim to the Korean bank account in the name of F in the name of the sales proceeds of the kylra on the same day.

At around March 21, 2012, the above term “C”: (a) a notice was posted stating that “I sell a mobile phone because I do not have a mobile phone; and (b) I would like to send the victim’s cell phone type to the post office door-to-door service if I would deposit KRW 150,000 to the Defendant in order to purchase the mobile phone; and (c) I would like to send the victim’s mobile phone type as sales proceeds on the same day from the victim’s cell phone.”
