Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from November 2016 to October 2018, 2018, operated a mobile phone agent in Jin-si, with the name of “D” entrusted by C, the representative of the LAB, from November 2016 to October 2018, opened a false mobile phone using a resident registration number, etc. known by customers to join the mobile phone, opened a mobile phone through false means, received fees by raising the performance of the said agency, sold the opened mobile phone to a high-ranking purchaser with no name, and received the fees from the Defendant.
1. On August 24, 2018, the Defendant entered “G”, “H” and “G” in the “F mobile phone membership service system with a computer for business purpose, and the Defendant entered “D” into the “B” and “B” and “B” in the “B” column without authority for the purpose of facilitating normal business affairs in spite of the fact that no consent was obtained from G to the opening of the mobile phone membership, and entered “G” in the “G”, “date of birth” and “digital signature column and entered “G” in the “B” in the “B” column for the purpose of causing damage to the normal business affairs. 2. The criminal defendant had no consent from the victim G to purchase his/her mobile phone at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1), and if his/her mobile phone is opened under the victim's name, he/she had the intention to sell it to the middle and high business operator and use it for its operation,
