Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2017, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim B (18 Does) who talks with the Defendant to use the road in front of the Busan Young-dong TT Call Bureau at around 113, on the back of the city bus and the Defendant to sit in and communicate with the Defendant; (b) on the ground that the Defendant continued to talk with the Defendant, he assaulted the victim at one time on the floor of the victim’s face.
