Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B, under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.065% from the front side of the Yongsan-do Park in Incheon, Incheon, to the front side of the 349 km-si, according to the strengthening of the same Gun, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.065%, from around 1.5 km-si to the front side of the 349 km-si.
