When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2010, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven a B Cost 6-on-line cargo vehicle with approximately 0.208% alcohol content from around 3km section to the front road of the Seoul Industrial Complex located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Seoul Industrial Complex at around 2:30 on the same day.
