Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.110% from blood alcohol leveling around 22:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle B from around 3km to the front road of Daejeon Seosung-gu, Seosung-gu, Daejeon Seosan-gu, to around 93, according to the flowivity of Daejeon Seosung-gu.
