A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, at around 17:30 on December 3, 2015, took part in a dispute with the victim B (50 years of age) on the ground that the victim B (50) first took a bath at the F Research Institute located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and became a vision. As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as a spathal, in need of approximately four weeks of treatment.
