A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on June 12, 2013 by the Ansan Prison.

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

On August 23, 2013, around 23:00, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use safeguard room near D’s in the Seo-gu Daegu-gu Office, MUPPP, in a single-use safeguard room, and dilution them into one’s left arms.

B. The Defendant, on August 22, 2013, administered approximately 0.03g of fmotour in Daegu Dong-gu E, and 0.03g of philophones in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

C. On August 16, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant sold a philopon in the street adjacent to the G market located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, by means of having H find the location of the said car and the number of the vehicle on which 300,000 won was placed and parked at the front of the driver’s seat of the car on the number-free car parked at H, with approximately 0.7g of a philopon on the front of the seat of the driver’s seat, and by having H find the location of the said car and the number of the vehicle.

On August 30, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant provided the J with a single-use injection device with approximately 0.07 g of philopon free of charge from its own car parked near the residence of J in Daegu Dong-gu I, Daegu.

E. On September 2, 2013, around 14:30, the Defendant delivered to L, free of charge, an injection device containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon, located in Daegu Dong-gu Eel 806, and 0.03 g of philopon.

F. On September 2, 2013, at around 17:00 to 18:00, the Defendant administered one’s car parked in front of the steel path of the G market located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, with approximately 0.07 g of philopon in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

G. On September 2, 2013, around 19:20 on September 2, 2013, the Defendant was a machine with approximately 3.7289g philopon.
