Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 16:00 on August 3, 2015, the Defendant found the “D organization” office located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, where the Victim B (L, 47 years of age) works, and made a public insult of the victim by having the victim’s workplace compensation in the location where the victim’s workplace is located. In addition, the Defendant took a large voice, “The victim and Washington shall be informed, employees shall also know, and Chewing years.”
