A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes (child abuse by child welfare facility workers, etc.) in the Cheongju District Court Support on Cheongju District on May 14, 2015, and was a child care teacher of the D Child Care Center on May 22, 2015.
