Defendants are not guilty.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is an organization organized around June 2012, stating that “G” is “the resolution of the Jeju River Village situation, the identification of the truth of the Yongsan River, and the resolution of the problems of two motor vehicles”. Around October 4, 2012, a resolution was adopted to hold the last assembly in Seoul around November 3, 2012 while departing from Jeju and holding a tour and meeting across the country.
Defendant
