The “D Committee” intended to hold a “studio assembly at the Dagwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-riwon-ri-riwon-riwon-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si on June 28, 2012).

On July 27, 2012, around 07:50 on July 27, 2012, the committee collected 300 village residents to the G G parking lot near Busan Metropolitan Government, and started an assembly at the parking lot located in the Gori-ri 216 from around 09:00 on the same day to the front day of the Gori-ri 216.

The defendant is the chairperson of the D Committee who is the organizer of the above assembly.

In the process of the above assembly, the Defendant called the head of the Gowon-gu headquarters as a parking lot for Gowon-gu, which is the place of assembly, and demanded the head of the headquarters to speak to the effect that he will endeavor to move to, and prepare for, a reasonable migration plan for, the E-village residents. However, the head of the headquarters failed to comply with this request, which led the participants in the assembly to pressure the head of the headquarters by exercising power

At around 13:30 on the same day, the defendant used microphones in the high power plant parking lot for the participants in the assembly.
