Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for violating the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Daejeon District Court on July 24, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Crimes related to the Incheon F station oil;
A. Special larceny Defendant conspireds with G, H, I, J, K, etc. in order to steals petroleum, and the Defendant provided the gas station that he operated to a place to commit the crime, G and H provide funds, interfere with excavation experts, stolen business operators, etc., and I act as a general manager of the crime; I act as an act of installing facilities to steals petroleum on oil pipelines; J checks the quantity of stolen petroleum from time to time and distributes profits to accomplices; and K et al. act as a single president of the gas station and excavation work.
On March 2013, the Defendant pretended that he/she would engage in normal business by leasing the “F station” operated by the Defendant on the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the location where the victim dopco was laid underground according to the above public offering. From around that time to May 2013, the Defendant excavated an underground tunnel from the oil station underground to the point where the oil pipelines are laid underground by means of electric shocking, etc. after opening the concrete floor of the said F station underground room with G, H, I, K, etc., along with G, H, and H, K, etc. installed a device to distinguish the kind of oil in the oil tank installed at the second floor of the oil station through the oil pressure tank, and deducted the oil pipeline from the oil tank installed through the oil pressure tank.
The Defendant, in the foregoing manner, was carrying oil from oil pipelines managed by the victim from June 5, 2013 to July 11, 2014.
