1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B (Seoul Qju station)

A. Special larceny Defendants conspired to steals petroleum on the oil pipelines with F, R (prosecutions of detention on January 14, 2014), S (criminals of detention on February 5, 2014), T, etc., and the role of Defendant A and F, such as interfering with funds, excavation experts, stolen business operators, etc., Defendant B, as well as the role of installing facilities to steal petroleum on the oil pipelines, and R, as well as the role of providing funds.

On December 2012, the Defendants: (a) leased the “ Qu station” located in Pyeongtaek-si U in the name of R in the vicinity of the pipeline managed by the victim dopco, along with the above public offering; (b) pretended that they were engaged in normal business; and (c) prepared equipment, etc. necessary for various operations.

From that time to February 2013, Defendant A et al. excavated an underground tunnel up to the oil pipeline managed by the victim company, which was laid 2 meters away from the boiler room up to 13.1 meters underground from the above boiler room, and Defendant B et al. installed an oil stamp to steal oil by drilling the hole on the oil pipeline, and deducted oil on the oil tank installed in the oil reservoir through the oil pressure tank from the oil tank.

As above, the Defendants stolen the total market value of KRW 180,360,000, including oil 100,200 liters, while transporting oil to the pipelines managed by the victim from February 11, 2013 to November 23, 2013, and the total market value of KRW 180,200,00, including gasoline 8,500, gasoline 43,300, and diesel 48,400 liters.

Accordingly, the defendants stolen the victim's property together with F, etc.

B. Defendants violating the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act along with the aforementioned F, etc., and from December 2012 to February 2013.
