A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant used a passbook, authorized certificate, etc. in the name of a woman to lend his/her name to a female job offerer B and operated an English instructor dispatch company called "C Gangnam" in the name of the victim, and was able to obtain a loan from the lending company and use it for personal purposes.

1. Around August 29, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document and the uttering of the falsified-gu Office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, stating “B”, “7,00,000 won”, “B”, “7,00,000 won”, and “24 months” in the column of the obligor in the form of the Credit Loan Agreement of the Korea Savings Bank, and subsequently submitted a forged credit loan agreement under the name of “B” to the employees of the Korea Savings Bank who are in charge of the loan of the Korea Savings Bank, and exercised it as if the said forged agreement was duly formed.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised a credit loan agreement in the name of B, a private document on rights and obligations.

From that time until January 3, 2013, the Defendant forged and exercised a credit loan agreement, etc. in the name of B, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, delivered a forged credit loan agreement to an employee in charge of lending the victim D savings bank, and had the employee in charge transfer the amount of KRW 7,00,000 to the suspect.

In addition, the Defendant submitted a loan contract in the above name B over a total of 11 times, such as the statement in the list of crimes, and acquired the loan amounting to KRW 70,95,00 from each damaged company's employees in charge of loans.
