Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, at the 8th floor of the building B in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) at the 8th floor of the building B, the victim D (53 years of age) who was receiving the money for the marriage of the new father, did not receive the money for the congratulations; (c) even though the Defendant did not receive the money for the congratulations, he acted as if the Defendant paid the money for the marriage of the defendant, and was issued two food rights equivalent to KRW 70,000 from the victim.

2. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:50 on March 23, 2019, the Defendant: (b) committed an act as the Defendant did not receive a stable bag, and (c) was issued two food rights equivalent to KRW 58,00 from the victim, even though he did not receive a stable bag, by using a mixed gap in which the victim G (25 years of age) who was receiving a matrimonial festival for the 23th floor F of Busan Dong-gu, Busan, by using the same gap in which he was able to receive congratulatory money from the visitors; and (d) received two food rights equivalent to KRW 58,00 from the victim.
