Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2016, around 18:10, the Defendant was in the Gyeonggi-si Gwangju-si. Around 18:10, the Defendant requested to issue a receipt of clothes within the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office. On the ground that the victim E (the age of 52) refuses to do so, the Defendant was flicking his hand as he would turn on his hand, and the Defendant assaulted his right light once walking.
