Punishment of the crime

At around 17:30 on November 201, 201, the Defendant issued a receipt for injury at the office of the D Hospital secretary located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City). On the ground that the victim E (Nam, 30 years of age) did not issue a receipt and does not take his speech, the Defendant expressed a desire to do so, collected the victim’s computer key, and threatened the victim’s computer key with a pent, thereby hindering the Defendant’s duty and work of the 1-hour hospital by force.
