A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. Accordingly, the defendant filed a false report to an attorney in charge of the notarial acts at the Jeonju District Public Prosecutor's Office, and made him enter false facts in the notarial deed of money loan contract, which is the original copy of the notarial deed, and around that time, exercised the above office by having him keep the notarial deed of money loan contract, which includes
