A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 7, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). On July 20, 2007, the Seoul Southern District Court was sentenced to a fine of one million and five million won for the same crime at Seoul Southern District Court, and on April 20, 2012, a fine of 4.5 million won for the same crime.

On July 7, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 02:15, driving Ci30 cars at a section of about 300 meters from the end of Dobong-dong 702-2, Gwanak-gu, Seoul to the front of the 1430-7, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City under the influence of alcohol content of 0.148%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving automobiles Ci30.

On July 7, 2012, around 02:15, the Defendant proceeded three lanes prior to Dobongcheon-dong 702-2, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the channel of slance from the boundary of the new Triang Triri Road, along the two-lanes of the road.

At the same time, there is an intersection where a vehicle signal is installed, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether there is the motor vehicle in front of that place, which is parked in accordance with the new code, and to properly operate the steering and brakes and to prevent the accident by operating the steering and brakes properly and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while driving at the same speed without performing such duty of care as above, has driven by the victim D (the aged 52) who was standing in accordance with the f.m. at the front line, and the victim E (the aged 30) was faced with the back end part of the F.M. rocketing taxi, where the victim E (the aged 30) was on the front line of the said vehicle, and received the back part of the F.m. taxi from the front line of the said vehicle, and caused the victim D to provide treatment for two weeks.
