A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 29, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.102% by blood alcohol concentration at around 11:15, the Defendant driven the Eland of Ireland from around 400 meters from the front of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C to the front of the same Gu D Road.
2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in Ireland.
On March 29, 2019, at around 11:15, the Defendant driven the above passenger car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.102%, as in the foregoing paragraph, and driven the six-lane road in front of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along four-lanes from the erode of the eroscopic distance.
