Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2014, around 01:00, the Defendant was seated at the cafeteria of the "Gumhot-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and was diving on the back seat of the taxi operated by B, and the above B was broken out by the Defendant, but the Defendant did not break out, thereby getting the Defendant’s destination to the Domb box located in the Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

On May 24, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) expressed his desire to “the police officer is the same bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit,” and (b) made an assault, such as the police officer’s B B B B’s bridge, and the quipher B’s arms, by hand, in order to assist B.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the lives, bodies, and property of the police officers.
