1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 25, 2008, the Defendant was working as a member of the so-called “member” who manages female employees in the Busan Shipping Daegu B entertainment tavern, the Defendant introduced the said main employee D (V, 22) to the “F” under the trade name of Japan ASEAN E, and introduced D to the said “E” from September 26, 2008, by allowing D to engage in commercial sex acts from that time to October 11, 2008, by allowing D to engage in commercial sex acts.

2. From around 2010, the Defendant had been in charge of the management of female employees while serving as the so-called “marin” in the Busan metropolitan Gal Daegu G entertainment tavern.

Meanwhile, on April 2009, H introduced Ha and K to work at a sexual traffic business establishment in Japan, which was known to the police officer in the middle of April 2009, to request the Defendant to introduce Ha and K to work at a sexual traffic business establishment in Korea.

Upon H’s request, the Defendant introduced J and K to the first executive officer of “L” in Japan, and, on April 22, 2009, left the Republic of Korea with J and K and transferred them to “M”, thereby having them serve as an employee of the said “L” main office, having them contact with customers and engage in sexual traffic, and received 150,000 UN from “M” as an introduction expense.

As such, the Defendant introduced and arranged a job to sell sex in collusion with H and I, and received compensation therefor.
