Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for habitual larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and on July 6, 2017, the Daegu District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and six months of imprisonment for habitual larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on August 18, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On February 12, 2019, at around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 585,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was entered in a small and medium-sized depository, using a computer as a customer, by making use of the computer as a customer; and (b) taking advantage of the gap in cleaning the employee E, and then taking out KRW 585,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the small and medium-scale depository.

In addition, the Defendant, from around December 20, 2018 to the above temporary date, stolen money and valuables worth 12,681,000 won in total over 26 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to two or more penalties for habitual larceny, and habitually commits larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
