Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license on February 13:48, 202, and driving C Scooter 100c bicycle from the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-ro, 530 Cheongcheon-ro, the front of the Cheongcheon-ro, Seoul, to the front of the Cheongcheon Museum.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without wearing a safety cap on the road in front of the Cheongdong Museum in the case of paragraph (1), was controlled by the fact that he driven the above Y, and then used the FF's resident registration number unlawfully in order to conceal the fact of driving without a license, who was requested by the slope E belonging to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station D, to identify him.
