A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months, for each of the defendants B and C, shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is the secretary general of the J (hereinafter “instant legal entity”) from December 9, 2015 to August 31, 2017, who was in charge of the overall administration of the instant legal entity.
