A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
4,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant, at around 00:30, delivered approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, to D free of charge, in the vicinity of the mother-friendly gathering of D located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu C.
2. On March 15, 2012, at around 07:00, the Defendant sold approximately 0.8 grams to F in the vicinity of the Southern-gu Incheon Southern-gu Ecafeteria at KRW 80,000.
3. On April 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 4.8g of opon from I to 2.50,000 won in the vicinity of the Seo-gu Incheon H Hospital; (b) purchased approximately 0.8g of opon from G’s vehicle parked in front of the above H Hospital to G; (c) injected approximately 0.8g of opon on the said opon into G; and (d) injected approximately 0.05g of opon on each opon on the fopon on the fopon, by dilutioning it with each opon on the fopon on the fopon into each body; and (c) injected it to G, around 20:00 on the following day, approximately 0.8g of opon on the opon on the copon to G.
4. At around 19:00 on April 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.8 grams from I to I in the vicinity of the Seo-gu Incheon Ha Hospital; (b) purchased approximately 0.8 grams from I in the vicinity of the residence in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, 22:30 on the same day; and (c) injected approximately 0.05g of the said part of the opon into the opon in the guest room in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, by dilutioning approximately 0.05g of the opon into the copon with raw water at the guest room in the Nam-gu, Incheon.
5. At around 17:00 on April 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.8 grams from I in the vehicle of I parked in the vicinity of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L (Gu)M police station; (b) purchased approximately 500,000 gramopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopon from I on the vehicle of I parked in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N; and (c) purchased approximately 0.08 gramopopopopopopopon from I on the vehicle of I on the same day; and (d) one-wheelopopopopon on each 0.05 gramopopopopopopon from P and Q on the same day on the same day.
