When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2014, at around 07:15, the Defendant got a tobacco while smoking in the central district of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Military Police Station 14, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Therefore, it was difficult for police officers working in the workplace to take out tobacco because they are non-smoking places that they pay to the Defendant, and the Defendant took a bath to the police officers working on the ground that they are unboomed and bad, and there was a lack of disturbance for about 10 minutes within the said district zone, such as taking a bath to the police officers who refrain from doing so.
