Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 2323"
1. On April 28, 2019, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means: (a) at Faccination below Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) on March 31, 2019, the Defendant was not in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (c) on April 29, 2019, there was no fact that the Defendant was using a pipe and driving away from the Defendant; (d) on the 112 reporting center, the police officers filed a false report by telephone to the 112 reporting center, and (e) on the knife the knife; and (e) the police officers sent to B and C from around 202:0 to April 29, 2019 to April 29, 2019 by making a false report by means of the aforementioned five methods, as indicated in the crime list.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of police officers' lives, bodies, and property.
2.
