Punishment of the crime

The Defendant maintained a de facto marital relationship B between August 201 and June 23, 2013.

1. On June 3, 2013, the Defendant living together with B, who had used the Samsung Card in the name of 500,000,000 for the payment of management expenses, changed the limit of the above credit card, and changed the automatic transfer account, etc. linked to B to enable B to know of the use of the credit card.

2. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant, on June 25, 2013, decided to transfer to B, and organize the living together.
