Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court Port Branch on August 19, 2009 and on six occasions. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Fishery Resources Management Act at the Daegu District Court Port Branch on October 21, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and two months for the same crime at the Busan District Court on September 25, 2008, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six times before and after the same crime. Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for the same crime at the Daegu District Court on January 31, 2013, and Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for the same crime at the Daegu District Court on March 25, 2008, and Defendant D was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Busan District Court on March 16, 2018, and Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten years for the same offense.
[Criminal facts] Although the Defendants are not responsible for handling narcotics, etc., they should not sell, administer, etc. Mesophacophophones (cophophones, hereinafter “copphones”) which are local mental drugs, they dealt with philophones as follows.
