Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on February 16, 2012, and on August 29, 2013, and was subsequently sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and two months and ten months, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) delivered a paper paper containing approximately 0.06g of the Mexacule, a local mental medicine, to E, from the side of “DMat” located in Daegu-gu Franc, Daegu-gu, to E; and (b) delivered and received phiphones.

2. On July 6, 2016, around 00:00, the Defendant issued a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philopon to G in front of F apartment units in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and received and delivered philopon.

3. On July 6, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.06g philopon into a single-use injection machine, melted water into the Defendant’s arms and administered philopon in a way of injecting it into the Defendant’s arms.

4. On July 7, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant possessed 3.6g phiphones in front of the Defendant’s apartment commercial building in Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seoul.

5. On November 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 700,00 from the post office account (Account Number:K) in the name of the Defendant at around 13:25, 2013, from the Saemaul Bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (b) around that time, from N in Daegu-gu Dong-gu M to J, sold phiphones by way of sending approximately 1.6g of the concealed high-speed bus freight from the N to J, as well as selling phiphones from November 30, 2013 to April 1, 2014, the Defendant sold KRW 3.98g Handphones in total five times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

6. Sale and purchase of phiphones to theO;

A. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 4.8 million fromO at the guest room near Qu in Daegu Seo-gu P; and (b) sold 20 g of philopon toO.

B. On September 5, 2014, the Defendant revealed the trade name near the Daegu Seo-gu foreign exchange bank.
