1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

A has worked as the regular business of a limited liability company C, which is a cargo transport business entity from August 2007 to November 201, 201, Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of cargo transport service, etc.

1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. On April 18, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the office of a limited company in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, the Defendant did not enter the G special purpose-type cargo vehicle (sea water tank) illegally increased by the F Association on behalf of or scrapping the general cargo lane; and (b) made the form of the notice of permission for trucking transport business in the name of the said Association directly using a computer to substitute or scrapping the general cargo lane; (c) entered the vehicle type column in the column of the vehicle in the present condition of the end-of-life vehicle into “general type” rather than “special purpose type”; and (d) without stating the detailed form, stored the vehicle type in the USB by printing the name seal of the president of the said Association in the notice of repair in the name of the F Association issued in the name of the former president of the Association; and (d) attached it to the Association subsequent to the name of the president of the trucking transport business (repair/vehicle) voluntarily prepared by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged one copy of the notice of permission to engage in freight trucking services under the name of the F Association, which is a private document concerning certification of facts, and forged 19 copies of the notice of permission to engage in freight trucking services under the name of the Association by attaching the official seal of the said Association, which is stored in a pre-scoping cans in the same manner as the attached list 1, from the time to January 4, 2012, or by affixing the official seal of the said Association, which was possessed with a pre-scoping prior seal of the said Association.

B. On April 18, 201, the Defendant in the event of the above investigation document is the Hap-gun Office located in the Hapon 123, Pyeongtaek-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
