[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) (hereinafter “the Act”), Defendant A supplied an unclaimed female who is a book for the supply of female sexual traffic in Thailand (hereinafter “H”), and had the female in Thailand live a dormitory life under the name of 1026, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Itel 1026, and provided the business books (hereinafter “the business books”) to the business books for arranging sexual traffic, and had the female in Thailand engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic by providing the business books for once a day to the business books. In return, Defendant A conspired to conduct the business of arranging sexual traffic by regularly receiving KRW 1,50,000 per day out of the gains from sexual traffic acquired by the business books.

Defendant

A From the beginning of November 2015, while engaging in the business of arranging food sexual traffic by employing the J which is a female of Thailand, A was introduced from the above Thailand women in order to raise the size of business by additionally employing the said female sexual traffic, and received the name influor (H), which is a book to supply the female of Thailand, from the above Thailand women on November 23, 2015. On January 14, 2016, K, M, N was handed over from the name in the Incheon International Public Port (hereinafter “H”), and provided each of the above Thailand women with one of the above Thailand, who is a book to conduct the business of arranging food sexual traffic by using Thailand women, and then recruited C, B, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Defendant F, andO, who is a book to conduct the business of arranging food trafficking.

Therefore, Defendant C from November 5, 2015, from around January 4, 2016 to around January 4, 2016, Defendant B, and Defendant D, from around January 14, 2016, Defendant E, and Defendant F, from around November 25, 2015 to around February 5, 2016, supplied one female member of the Thailand from around January 25, 2015 to around February 5, 2016, and recruited many unspecified customers by using smartphone-type printing methods, such as P and Q, and acquired the remainder of money as profits from sexual traffic.
