Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 13, 2014, at around 02:10, the Defendant argued for a serious desire for two different parking problems, such as B, in front of the Dongcheon-ro 10-ro 50, 50-dong Community Service Center, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, and thus, the Defendant was subject to an examination from the slope D belonging to the Daegu-nam Police Station C District District of the Daegu-gu Police Station, which received a 112 report and dispatched to the site, and the Defendant was able to hear the other party’s convenience and handle the case, and expressed the objection to the said D, and threatened the said D with the face of the said D several times in drinking.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) as well as at the time and place, had four residents, such as B, etc., expressed the victim D with a great desire to “I am out, vin, Ear, Eargue, Eargue, and Eargue.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
