Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in rocketing taxi driving service.

On January 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on January 11, 2011:00, and proceeded with the crosswalk in front of the yellow public toilets located in the Yellow-si Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, with a view to the grade from the yellow-dong room.

Since a crosswalk is installed on the front side, in such a case, the defendant engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether or not there is a person who renders a way by reducing speed and checking well the right and the right of the front side, and to drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in the course of performing his duties while neglecting this, and received the right side of the victim C (the 77 years of age) from the left side of the said taxi to the right side of the victim C (the 77 years of age) as the front part of the said taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s injury to pressure 2nd century, which requires approximately eight weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
