1. The punishment of the accused shall be determined by one year and two months;

2.Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On September 2014, the Defendant, in front of an apartment house near the Seoul Metropolitan Area, subway Airport Station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, opened a significant amount of 1g of the hemp plant from C, and paid 150,000 won in return.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the rolling stock station located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) 1g of the hemp plant on the road; and (c) paid 150,000 won in return.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

C. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the road where a house near Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was located in Samsung-dong; (b) 1g of the hemp plant was cut from C; and (c) paid KRW 150,000 in return.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. The defendant 1-A

At the time stated in the port, at the residence of the defendant, Jung-gu, Seoul, 102 Dong 213, the hole made up of 1.5 litresponding alum aluminium, the water was cut off, and the plant was manufactured at the entrance of a aquatic disease by drilling several ventilation holes at aground.

The Defendant: (a) laid approximately 0.3g of hemps at the entrance of the foregoing aquatic disease; (b) laid off the hemp plant on the day of the said aquatic disease; (c) removed the Aluminum aluminium; and (d) removed the water inside the aquatic disease, thereby allowing the plant smoke to enter the aquatic disease by removing the water inside the aquatic disease.

The defendant continued to be injured at the entrance of a aquatic disease, and inhales marijuana within the plant.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

B. The Defendant above A.

On the day following the date stated in the port, 0.3g of the hemp was smoked in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

C. The Defendant was above B.

On the day following the date specified in the preceding paragraph, the hemp plant shall be 0.3g. in the same manner as at the same time.
