A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the head of the South-North Regional Headquarters of the Democratic Union of Construction Workers in Seoul, and the defendant B is the members of the South-North Regional Headquarters of the Democratic Union of Construction Workers in Seoul.

A on September 23, 2014, the same year at the Manam Police Station.

9. From 26. to 2. October 22, 198, in India at the right 30 meters prior to the G new construction site of the Plaintiff F&C (hereinafter “victim F&D”) located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the report was submitted to the assembly report “the meeting for the resolution on the establishment of illegal employment and subcontracting” organized by the National Construction Workers’ Union D branch for the purpose of meeting the demands for preferential employment of local residents.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On October 4, 2014, from around 06:30 to around 09:30 on the same day, the Defendants, who interfered with the business, exceeded the place of assembly reported as above, and exceeded 10 participants in other assemblies, and went off from the access road to the construction site of the said new construction site in order to provide relief and stop the passage of vehicles at the construction site of the said new construction site by participating in an assembly “the Resolution on Illegal Employment and Subcontract Improvement Resolution” and blocking the passage of vehicles at the said new construction site.

In the process, Defendant A entered the construction site of the 09:00 on the same day under the supervision of H to enter the construction site of the 09:00 on the same day, and prevented Defendant A from entering the said construction site.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with about 10 participants in other assemblies and interfered with the new construction work of the victim company by force over about 3 hours.

B. As stated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendants in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act deviates from the place of assembly reported at the entrance of the above new construction site and obstructed vehicle traffic. The head of the transportation division instructed by the head of the Sung-nam Police Station from 09:00 to 09:30 on the same day, notifies the Defendants of the reason that the head of the transportation division in receipt of instructions from the head of the Sung-nam Police Station to interfere with order by using a loudspeaker and exceeded the place of assembly report. The Defendants are legitimate.
