Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C Eth Motor Vehicle.

At around 19:00 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant driven a one-lane prior to the Hosan Elementary School 212, Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, 212, and continued to drive the said vehicle at the speed from the surface of the search Dong to the direction of a premium.

Since it is a child protection zone, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle in consideration of the safety of children, and to prevent accidents by properly examining the right and the right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the victim to go beyond the ground by taking the right-hand bridge part of the victim D (at the age of 10) crossinging the crosswalk as it was due to negligence.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the Masle Masle, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.

2. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated a Mat Motor Vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) operated the said Mat Motor Vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the roads front of the Mat-dong, Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, to the roads front of the Mat-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, to the roads front of the Mat-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, 585-15.
