The defendant is a person who lives in the D's accommodation 209 room in the net city C.

At around 22:20 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim E (the 59-year-old) who resides in the side of the second floor on the ground that the door does not close rapidly, and (b) caused the victim E (the 59-year-old) to the side of the second floor on the ground that the door does not close rapidly, thereby putting the knife of the victim, which is a dangerous object in his own room, toward the knife of the knife; and (c) threatened the victim.
