A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the victim E(the age of 42) accommodation in Suwon-si C, and the victim E(the age of 42) is the persons who are accommodated in each long-term accommodation in five rooms.

1. On July 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury to group, deadly weapons, etc.) committed a violation of the same Act on the grounds that, while under the influence of alcohol on July 4, 2015, the Defendant was able to take advantage of the following: (a) while drunk, the victim frights noise; (b) after lending tobacco to himself/herself prior to the day, he/she took a dangerous object at the surrounding construction sites; and (c) taken a knife at the five knife room where the victim gets in front of the knife; and (d) found the victim’s head as the five knife of the knife in front of the knife in front of the knife in front of the knife; and (b) continued to take a knife the victim’s head for about two weeks of treatment; and (c) made it difficult to know the victim’s knife.

2. Around 05:00 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant found the victim E in the five room where the victim E resides, and expressed his/her desire to do so, and the victim suffered from the loss as referred to in paragraph (1) and reported it to 112.

At around 05:45 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “The victim shall be imprisoned, i.e., g., g., myththum, h., at the same time. 5 years of imprisonment. 8 years of imprisonment.”
