1. The Defendant’s KRW 284,572,807 as well as 5% per annum from January 10, 2015 to October 20, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a 18-dong, 896 household in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
(hereinafter “the apartment of this case”) and auxiliary facilities, welfare facilities, and the site thereof are non-corporate groups composed of representatives from each building elected by occupants for the management of the apartment of this case. The Defendant is a company incorporated by division on November 17, 2006 from the Kinger Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Kinger”) and runs security business, wire and wireless telephone and wire communication business, screening and value-added network business, and other telecommunications businesses.
B. On December 23, 2003, the Plaintiff agreed that ten guards shall work for 5 day, respectively, between the Western Environment Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seong Environment Industry”), and the Western Environment Industry from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2005.
B. The Plaintiff entered into a security service contract with the content that the Plaintiff would be paid KRW 10,200,000 per month for security service fees (i.e., ten persons x 1,020,000), and thereafter, the security service contract was extended until April 30, 2006.
C. 1) On March 1, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract in multi-family housing telesure (hereinafter “instant security service contract”) with the following content that the tinger’s business of conducting the integrated security work of the apartment of this case between the Kinger and the Kinger:

8. Terms and conditions of services: A multi-family housing projected out of tele-family housing.
