A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault at the Busan East-gu Busan District Office of Police Police Agency located in 206, the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do; (b) by railroad judicial police officers C, the Defendant was under investigation of the situation where the Defendant was faced with the disturbance in the Busan District Office; and (c) was under investigation of the situation where the Defendant was faced with the disturbance, the Defendant obstructed the performance of duties of railroad workers by assaulting the Defendant on the hand floor of the said C at once.
