A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

A person using a train or railroad facility shall follow the directions of railroad workers for the safety, protection, and maintenance of order of railroads under this Act, and no person shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or threat.

On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported that the train train No. 501 of the subway No. 501 of the subway No. 21:00 was under the influence of a disturbance; (b) reported that the Defendant was under the influence of a disturbance; and (c) sent the train No. 2 to the police officer B and the Seoul Local Railroad Special Railroad Police Security Center; and (d) confirmed that the Defendant’s statement was “the widthed.”

Bana Bana Ba, "Ba." The Bana Ba was assaulted by taking the B's bath and shape by taking the B's Bana Ba, being b's breast by hand and being tightly pushed by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by railroad workers.
