Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2015, at around 01:55, the Defendant driven a b-wheeled vehicle, which is an exclusive motorway, from the south of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the south of the 52-ro B-wheeled vehicle, at the south of the 8rd C-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the 5rd T-ro 52-gil.
