Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2014, at around 14:30, the Defendant passed approximately 300 meters on the street, which is an exclusive motorway, from the front roads of Sinsan Elementary School located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the south of Sinsan High School located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and approximately 200 meters from the front roads of Sinsan High School.
